Ok, so its not just because you can wear those cute, sometimes expensive, tight yoga pants, that your butt looks really good in! For women, yoga has so many benefits that are not only immediate, but long term!
Along with increasing flexibility, strength, and balance, yoga can provide a variety of health benefits, such as calming anxiety, improving your mood, easing menopausal symptoms, managing stress, and so much more.
As we age, yes unfortunately, we must, our bones lose density, our joints become painful (crazy noises are ok, as long as it doesn't hurt) and muscles and ligaments tighten.
